Taper?

When do we "taper"? I did 5.5 this morning and plan to keep an "intense" schedule this week but I'm wondering when we should start backing-off... What do you guys think???

Ha Sarah, you are so funny. but you are a natural runner so I am not worried about you at all. I agree Tina, maybe we can discuss on Saturday. What is the balance between being prepared and not exhausted.
