Today was a doozey. Sally (our trainer) had us doing cardio sets with a big focus on arms. WHEW! I'm feeling it already! I probably won't even be able to lift my arm to answer a question in class today.... ha! Yup, today is day one of "PhD School' as I like to call it... Eric left me a note reminding me to "be nice to the other kids" in class today. I'm scared to death. Will they like me? Who will I sit by? Will anyone eat lunch with me???? : )
Anyone in for a Sunday evening run this weekend???
